Known as the “Savage Mountain,” K2 is the world’s second‑highest peak and considered by many mountaineers the most challenging to climb. The K2 Base Camp trek is one of the most remote and spectacular trekking adventures on Earth. Located in the Karakoram Range along the Pakistan–China border, the route leads you across the vast Baltoro Glacier to the foot of the legendary mountain.
(Note: K2's North Base Camp is located in Xinjiang, China).
This trek shares the same route for the base camps of Broad Peak and Gasherbrum I and II, making it one of the most spectacular mountain journeys in the world. You’ll traverse rugged terrain, cross vast glacial moraines, and camp in remote wilderness along the way. The reward is unparalleled mountain scenery and the rare privilege of standing at the foot of one of mountaineering’s greatest challenges.
Same approach for Broad Peak and most of Gasherbrum I and II base camps)
